Nice place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with travel tips on my first stay. I recommend it highly and will be back for Christmas!

Well decorated room, all in all had very very good stay.

The location was great - central to a lot of the places that we wanted to visit. Our window looked out on the woods, where we observed deer and raccoons!

Although we had a non-smoking room, hotels that also have smoking rooms always tend to smell a little "off."

Location was OK, it's a good value.

Parking was a bit of a problem. I have a bad lower back and the bed did not provide me with a good nights sleep.

Toilet was dirty woke up to ants in our drinks had ants in them and ants on the walls conditions were were bad will never stay there again we you at stay at eco lodge but we Thor we would step up a better motel an it was worse corpet office should be looking in to this matter .donald wamsley

Nothing there briefest was very poor had two slices of bread for all the guest and the varty was very poor.had to go a cross the road to I hope to get something decadent .

When I got there and when I left the guy was talking on his cell phone with his feet on the desk. The shower didn't work. So I didn't really wanna stay but I needed rest for the rest of my trip.

Couple's Lonely Escape

Great shower pressure and close to the Marine Corps museum made it a decent stay

Not cheap considering the overall condition but tolerable for a quick getaway

TV worked but was an older tube-type. Had a tub.

Rooms smelled musty and were very far apart. Reservation was messed up even though it was made 2 months in advance. No elevator, though there is a walk in entrance to the 2nd floor. No lobby restroom for children to use while checking in. Parking lot is cramped and sloped. Door to one room felt like it had been kicked in many times and was flimsy even though it was steel. Heater gave off an atrocious smell. Shower floor was quite dirty.

Good budget hotel in a perfect area of Dumfries. Affable staff, nicely decorated rooms on my clothes. Nice facilities. Excellent location, 1 mile from city center. What a really good stay, no complains at all.

Very quiet until our last day there (loud neighbors). Really can't complain. Second time staying at this hotel, first time with our kids. Our family stayed down the hall from us. We had a good time visiting our family that lives 10 minutes away. Breakfast was not bad, but ihop is across the street, literally. We will stay again.

That there was a glitch in the system (I will email booking after this review). I'm grateful the hotel had rooms, but he had no record of my reservation that I made 3 months ago. I even gave him my Booked.net reservation number and nothing. That annoyed the heck out of me.
